CSR Medical Adjuster $27K - $29K
Provide unsurpassed service to external and internal customers by answering disability and supplemental medical inquires and investigating claim related issues brought forth via incoming telephone calls. Learn insurance laws as well as company guidelines in order to help our customers with their medical claim questions. Use your degree and analytical skills to investigate claim related issues, identify claim errors and initiate the correction process; evaluate and process claims; coordinate efforts to ensure the highest claim accuracy and the most thorough service to the customer. Must be flexible to work an 8 hour shift between 7:00 am to 7:00 pm. Recent College graduates preferred with one year of business related customer service experience strongly preferred.
