The Design and Engineering Program II (DESP II) is an Indefinite Delivery/Indefinite Quantity (ID/IQ) vehicle managed by Hill Air Force Base, UT. DESP II was created to provide design and engineering/technical support services for the Department of Defense mission weapon systems, components, and support equipment. PTI is a sub-contractor to Northrop Grumman.
